His experience extends beyond frontline operations, including the opportunity to undertake the complex challenge of restructuring and managing a law enforcement department. This experience provided him with a broader perspective on leadership, organizational performance, operational readiness, and the realities faced by professionals in demanding environments.

His career has also led him into the field of education, where he has had the opportunity to share his expertise with the next generation of professionals. Among his accomplishments, he contributed to the development of a college-level program as a subject-matter expert, helping shape and structure educational content based on real-world experience.
