Most law enforcement agency firearms training programs teach the basics in a very static and linear environment - enough to pass the course. Yet officers operate in a full spectrum 360o environment where split-second decisions for life or death situations are ever-present.
DYNAMIC: constant change, activity, or progress.
This is a dynamic pistol course that takes officers outside of the comfort zone of the "shooting lane" by refining shooting fundamentals, integrating movement and relevant tactics - not theatrics.

WHAT WE'RE TRAINING:
- Pistol fundamentals refinement
- Improving threat ready presentation
- Shooting and moving
- Threat prioritization
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
- All participants must be proficient and capable of performing reloads and clearing malfunctions without instructor assistance
- Duty belt, holster, double magazine pouch
- Duty pistol and minimum 3 magazines (Glocks are available for rent.)
- Soft body armor
- Tactical / BDU pants and dark top
- Minimum 300 rounds
- Eye and ear protection
- THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT and will occur regardless of weather. Dress appropriately to weather conditions.

Learn the basics of tactical medical intervention. This 8-hour seminar is designed specifically for the reality of peace officers and public safety personnel. During this seminar you will learn the basic techniques in trauma medical response as well as the management of events of this kind. As part of this course, you will also be confronted with real practical applications, and realistic scenarios. A lot of equipment specific to this type of training will be made available to you for an optimized realism.
You will leave with your own small kit filled with quality equipment.
- Windlass style tourniquet
- Abdominal compress
- 2 rolls of gauze
- Pair of bandage scissors
- Marker
- Aluminum emergency blanket
Bring clothes that can get dirty.
Bring your work equipment (body armor and belt)
Possibility of purchasing a complete IFAK.

Defensive tactics training
Learn the basics of defensive tactics.
Participants will learn the different techniques in tactical defence that will allow them to be equipped to deal with critical situations in the course of their work.
Some examples: Ground controls, ground combat, physical control, etc.
The participant must bring water, uniform, duty equipment.
Plan for physical exertion
Specific training tools will be provided on site as well as the location and training infrastructure.
A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.

Handling of telescopic baton and handcuffing training
Learn the basics of how to handle the telescopic baton and how to put on handcuffs.
The participant will be able to learn the different techniques of handling the baton and handcuffing in order to be equipped to deal with a critical situation in the context of his work with the help of his duty tools.
Some examples: Strikes with a telescopic baton, handcuffing of a cooperative and passive subject.
The participant must bring water, uniform, duty equipment.
Plan for physical exertion
Specific training tools will be provided on site as well as the location and training infrastructure.
A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.

Come and refine your skills in handling the different platforms (Pistol, carbine, shotgun) or simply perform repetitions to dress up your techniques.
